The Power Hour is designed for couples who are not planning to hire a wedding planner but need a kickstart. We will go over the first steps, vendor recommendations, timeline and flow of events, vision and budget, and anything else you have questions about!
● Two (2) 60 Minute Zoom or Facetime Meetings
● Unlimited Email Correspondence
● Vendor Recommendations and Contract Review
● Preparation of Wedding Day Timeline
● Personalized To Do List (from our discussion)
● Assistance with Ceremony and Reception Venue Diagramming and Layout
This package is available for couple's within 12 months of their wedding date. Video Chats and Phone Calls may be scheduled at a separate rate per 30 minute time slot. It is up to you how much or as little you wish to have me involved.
Virtual Planner
Month of Coordination
● Two (2) Client/Planner meetings
● Final venue walkthrough
● Unlimited contact via email the month of the wedding
● Monthly e-mail “check-ins” leading up to the wedding month
● Production of a detailed Wedding Day Itinerary
● Confirm arrangements; check delivery date, arrival times, quantities of rentals, etc with all vendors
● Detailed timeline will be sent one week prior to your wedding day
● Confirmation of all wedding vendors
● Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (1 hour)
● Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception
● Act as a liaison between wedding party, family members, and vendors
● Use of an extensive Bridal Emergency Kit. We’ll be ready and available to solve any unexpected situations or emergencies
Partial Planning
● Four (4) Client/Planner meetings
● Final venue walkthrough
● Unlimited contact via email leading up to the wedding day
● Production of a detailed Wedding Day Itinerary
● Event Design and Vendor Arrangement - includes decor, linens, florals, signage, etc.
● Confirm arrangements; check delivery date, arrival times, quantities of rentals, etc with all vendors
● Detailed timeline will be sent one week prior to your wedding day
● Confirmation of all wedding vendors
● Etiquette advisement, as requested
● Transportation/logistic assistance
● Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (1 hour)
● One Assistant Coordinator
● Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception
● Act as a liaison between wedding party, family members, and vendors
● Use of an extensive Bridal Emergency Kit. We’ll be ready and available to solve any
unexpected situations or emergencies
● We stay with you the entire day - 9AM until clean up!
